Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work about 60 hours a week, while introducing value with innovative processes. Even a little recognition would be great.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Competitive firms dominated the market, leading to a plethora of issues. There's no long term plan for innovation. Only short-term value.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I've noticed people are happy in my work environment, or at least content. So many people are willing to drop what they're doing and help.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Simply put, you don't yell, gripe, or act like you own anyone for a mistake. You work to fix it, and improve the process. Positivity.
