Not fair because i brought up we were getting tips online a few months ago and no one has given them to us. I confronted my district manager and she still had no answers. I showed her the dollar i left online for everyone so she could figure out how i get it back and im still ignored

I go unacknowledged when i mention money we are not receiving in online tips.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not one. We deserve free food for working in covid conditions. Managers are not fair
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Online tips through the online orders should have been cashed and paid out at the end of the shift. I confronted my dustrict manager that for months we have not gotten anything. I had to show her where to locate the amount and still nothing was done. I am being ripped off
