Constantly being shorted on my checks. Constantly out of ingredients. Constantly yelled at. Underpaid. Overworked

They also get jipped on their pay and still come to work. Amazing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You aren't paying us and we are understaffed. I don't know why I need to keep saying the same thing but it's not my survey.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay me correctly and staff a minimum of two people during rush hour that would be great. Customers constantly yell at us for being slow but it's one person during a lunch rush because everyone quits when they get their first incorrect check
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees. Ask questions to the employees. Pay me what I worked. Fix the register and card reader please it's been a month. Stop shorting my checks. Stop pointing and telling when you don't understand how we work. Try and have some compassion. Oh not enough room. So much more
