The employees and customers are hit or miss some amazing some completely lacking basic manners and skills. The work itself should/would be worth the pay and easy if management of all levels held up the promises of their job descriptions instead of abusing and committing theft against minor employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to completely revitalize and fix itself and every location as they are all mentally toxic and physicaly exhaustive to every employee, especially when locations have everything breaking/leaking/out of order (health violations) and wont be fixed/gets ignored for MONTHS.
