Leaders need to learn how to do their job right. Managers at TSC disregard employees' livelihoods and higher-ups clearly do little to help.

Enjoying perks like being able to make smoothies for myself and interacting with coworkers. Most customers are friendly and there are often a few regulars who will get to know you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Managers are terrible, but fellow employees are decent people. We work together effectively, even when there are big rushes with no warning. My coworkers were nice and would perform what they needed to do while still being friendly.
