What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Absolutely terrible they have no recognition of background checks nor drug screens, and every single human being hired has been negative to the business quality

Positive work reinforcement, as well as appropriate training every single person I have worked with, has just gotten thrown on with no instruction, and that seems like neglect for a business, especially coming from a manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The entire store is completely discombobulated. Nobody knows what they're doing because they can't keep people on longer than a month. If you look at the track record of the company, Karyn Corpus, he would very quickly realize that management is completely out of proper management
