Teamwork, and picking up after themselves. Communication is a big one as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The girls move fast and are polite, we all get along and we work together well, we help each other out when we need it. The girls support each other, so they make it better working there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do almost everything when I work, and there is only two of us in the front. There are never more then two girls and a male coworker, and we are expected to do everthing while he stays in the back. It needs to be professional, and he needs to pick up after himself. I need more hours as well.
