There needs to be more organization and structure. Listen to the employees and keep everyone on the same page.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I personally did not get an interview, i was hired on the spot without even meeting the manager. So super easy.
What makes you most happy at work?
The workers and when everyone does their job. Its a breeze when everything is kept up, do their job and work together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a good relationship with my coworkers, we all get along well and have fun together. We have some workers come in who refuse to listen and dont want to work, but they are usually fired.
