The other employees are helpful and some, not so much.

We have a lot of windows so I can see the sky when I feel sad, tired or disrespected while working. It helps me get through my shift
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They should start calling applicants back or communicating in general. I only got an interview because my friend worked there and told the manager directly to call me. I had applied 5 weeks prior to actually getting any response
