This is a very belittling and contradictory store (AZ027). Management does not lead by example

It was very easy, the manager just had me sit for over an hour waiting

Co workers and the customers, the fact that the customers are the best part says a lot
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency! shift leads and store/district manager need to lead by example. They do not follow their own rules but expect crew members to uphold them 1000%
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together and understanding how difficult it is to work under the current manager. Basically we survive together and lean on each other for support not management
