The ones that have been around more than a year are good technicians. The morale is a little low though.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like the technicians are nothing but a dollar figure. Let us do our job and the sales will come.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I made more money when I first started. We made commission off after hitting at dollar amount weekly. Now it's straight hourly.
