Some understand what the front line associates actually do. However; a lot of the upper management/leadership team does not. They seem to believe they can reinvent a working process that has worked for over 45 years. Change is good but feedback is key.

Management at my branch is horrid to say the least never want to do their jobs pass buck to lawn techs or anyone they can but themselves even when an employee is laid off won’t contact unemployment to let them know that

Company overworks and underpays and lies. And when I thought they couldn't get worse. They have us going out door to door during the covid-19 pandemic. Even in states like Illinois where there is a shelter in place in effect putting employees and customers at danger for a few thousand more dollars

How about being present? During the COVID crisis, the majority of the leaders (except the two DVP's and the CHRO) have been non-existent. The lack of leadership at this place is not only astounding but incredibly disappointing. Resign now, CEO.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overtime is good pay but so many hours. Only 60k max i think

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have skills that are not utilized. Compensation for one associate is not the same for an other associate that is doing the same position same tasks.

Most other local companies start their employees, $2 an hour higher wage, and focus more on allowing time in the day to solve customers problems.

On time every day! Always do my best to hit 100%! We work hard especially in the heat of summer! General manager doesn't believe in a nice cooler of water at days end! Culture here is constantly negative! If you make a mistake your taken to task! Any compliments very rarely happen!

Most of the veteran technicians are very knowledgable in their fields. But the company has a ridiculous turnover rate, so the new guys are always being trained, and customers suffer the most.
