Explaining the company to the candidate.
Seeing the pride the associates take in their work. Making a customer satisfied.
I have skills that are not utilized. Compensation for one associate is not the same for an other associate that is doing the same position same tasks.
They consistently communicate to insure all customers are serviced on time and efficiently. We actually work as a team. The team motivates and assists if necessary with no negativity.
The culture overall in the company is not the same as the culture in the 200+ branches. At times it seems the leadership team is going one way while the local teams are going another way.
Some understand what the front line associates actually do. However; a lot of the upper management/leadership team does not. They seem to believe they can reinvent a working process that has worked for over 45 years. Change is good but feedback is key.
