Was a very unorganized environment and none of the work orders were ever right or correct they wanted us to do like 37 lawns a day and our equipment was not ever working right ever.

Organize stuff and have your managers take responsibility for their inaction or lack of action
What makes you most happy at work?
When all my equipment works and the work orders are correct and I don't have to guess at every house what I'm supposed to do
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't lie to incoming employees saying that they're going to only work 4 days a week and we're going to work all through the winter when you don't
