We all have a pension

Time off is great for the area

The pension is awesome to have and most companies dont even offer it anymore

The PTO and coverage for preventative medical care, both physical and mental, is pretty great. Not to mention the PTO for community service. No matter the reasons why, getting paid to be healthy and kind is great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

company 401k match reduced. Bring it back to 6%. RTO mandate not being implemented consistly. I worked fully remote for several years. Had great flexibility and work/life balance for years, but in 2024 that was all taken away. Several executives have stated if we arent happy we should quit.

Penalize those that work hard

Higher pay in linenwith the market

Either decrease the workload or increase pay.

Merrit increases that keep up with current inflation. Excecutive increases by percentage are much higher than those on the front lines.

Pay 130% of grade or people wont care

Get paid for the amount of work i am responsible for and not the title i was given
