What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my direct managers are great, they just had all discretion stripped from them in 2024.
Nothing. The culture is a fake facade of upper management with pizza parties and confetti that translate into no actual actions. It's a terrible dog and pony show that only the less intelligent are distracted by.

The enviorment is always decorated and its very diverse and open. A really good place to evelaute yourself.
People largely look out for each other
We all have a great attitude regardless of out personal situation
Big question, but it's nice that the default method to help is kindness and honesty.
We have taken this crazy merger in stride with a sense of humor that has kept clients that would otherwise leave unhappy no doubt about it.
