When everyone on my lane wants to actually work, when we pass a test and mitigate the threat, when managers notice we're doing our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are exposed to irate passengers and unprofessional colleagues and still have to keep our composture and earn public trust. The government can shutdown at any time leaving us to hardship and still having to come to work. A higher wage would allow the opportunity to save.
