What is the best part about your compensation package?

The time off was great

The discounts we get and all the benifits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better benefits. Especially for part timers.

A pay increase woukd be nice, my manager lied to me in regards to my pay.amoubt when she hired me.

They do not match pay pn the location, they do not pat based on experience. They do not offer a valuable medical/dental plan

I am a good conscientious employee. In my opinion, I am worth more than the compensation I receive. I am grateful for the employment though.

Tuesday Morning should offer more hours and better pay. They only have part-time employees other than the store manager which is full-time

We need to increase the bonus %

We're understaffed and our manager is given too few hours to work with- upper management would rather us have more people that work for fewer hours instead of giving hours to people who have been with the company longer. There's too much expectation compared to rate of pay.
