- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management skills- learning how to balnace feedback. manager focuses excessively on errors rather than recognizing overall performance or improvement. Instead of offering constructive feedback, they highlight every small mistake, often making employees feel incompetent.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Who has time to mix with coworkers. I'm too busy working for half of what my pay contract says because of numerous demands to work off the clock.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay me for the ALL of the time YOU REQUIRE me to work. Stop lying about the compensation. I'm not a salaried employee, so stop cheating me by expecting me to perform jobs that you don't consider worthy of compensation.
