Lead. The have processes but they don't enforce them. People don't communicate with the team, but with personal favorite people and the rest of the team is clueless.
Tyler Technologies needs to get better at breaking down communication barriers between the divisions if we are to truly integrate our products together "from dispatch to disposition". Currently it feels like every team is in its own silo.
Better stock options; benefit package needs to be re-evaluated.
They hired people at market value but don't keep it up with the raise (same amount each year). They use old technology so the ability to get a new job is hard - as nobody has the current needs on the resume. They basically have your over a barrel after you been here for any length of time.
A raise and increased vacation

Stay on topic in meetings. Communicate changes with entire team. When questions are ask don't get upset if its something you think it should be known - people just stop asking questions.
Promote more comradory, trust and friendship amongst the team.
Stiff, boring and unengaged. There's not enough going on to break up the day or energize employees. Very old school work 8-430 and clock our environment.
They lied about the job. Interview as fine. But they made a lot of claims that were false.
Tyler Tech operates in a very old school manner. Feature factory that just pushes out bloated products with billions of unused features. Employees are blah and there isn't a community feel within the company or working on a team - you're a cog in a machine.
We should have a better benefits package
