I think Tyson is a good company they just need to pay more attention to the needs of its individual plants.

Evenly spreading workloads and realize their workers are spread thin.

My immediate supervisors are willing to work with and help you when it is needed.

I work alone there is no one in my department on duty during my work hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am carrying the responsibilities of three job positions and only receiving pay for one. I feel they looked over that fact when the pay was figured for this position.
