The employees getting along and working well together no matter what culture or environment. It's my coworkers that I enjoyed and it was them that made me enjoy working there
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work good together. We fix problems quickly to keep line going. We treat each other with respect and tell each other good job. When you were having a bad day they reassure you its going to be ok.
