They continue to bully and harrass me every day i have had to go on medical leave for stress . Hire better supervisors
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need sensitive training .they need to learn discretion. It would also do them good to act thier age and not instigate drama

Stop the favoritism and hostile work environment created by formans. Treat all team members equal instead of saying its above my pay grade
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We dont get sick time like most other plants and we do not receive raises though we are above most goals but formans recive bonuses
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop keeping people who cant or who are just lazy to do thier job even after training for 6 weeks in 2 departments. Allow for team meetings
