
The co workers aren't the problem, the old ways of thinking is the problem...this 2017.
Ergonomic system needs to followed and not just in orientation. They talk about it but it's not being used
They need to implement an actual ergonomic system and stick to it. Too many corners cut, the workers take on the load.
Because Tyson is stuck in the 90s, promotions aren't given on experience or tenor. They claim to run an "ergonomic system" but there is nothing Ergonomic about it. I worked for both Companies, Tyson does not care about their employees. They will always find someone else that will work cheaper.
