Problem solving...in general. No thought was put into half of the decisions made.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The co workers aren't the problem, the old ways of thinking is the problem...this 2017.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Ergonomic system needs to followed and not just in orientation. They talk about it but it's not being used

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to implement an actual ergonomic system and stick to it. Too many corners cut, the workers take on the load.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because Tyson is stuck in the 90s, promotions aren't given on experience or tenor. They claim to run an "ergonomic system" but there is nothing Ergonomic about it. I worked for both Companies, Tyson does not care about their employees. They will always find someone else that will work cheaper.
