overhaul management. Better respect and apreciation given by management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leadership is highly lacking and needs a overhaul. They play favorites and only choose people they can control. If you step out of line or do something they dislike, you're treated as an outcast.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get 4 star pay. We're expected to do a 10 stat job with 3 star equipment. Either better pay bumps or better equipment. Multi billion dollar company and they can't keep things up and running or buy proper ppe for people.
