What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We don't have daliy safety meetings or monthly Pam meetings when we walk into office they had us paper work to sign that's it's nothing is disgust
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My boss is a very poor leader he has fired me for calling corporate office and telling them about safety issues that he wasn't fixing high pressure boilers, nh3 system.
