Too many chiefs not enough Indians.

Some of my coworkers need to do better with attendance issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dignity and Respect of TM to be treated as people and not children. Need boot camp for better interaction with TM.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over a 4 year period employees at P-146 were given $1 raise. No appreciation for above and beyond efforts. For Christmas holiday gratitude shown by giving us 2 whole birds. The turnover rate is horrible due to some members of mgmt and low pay.
