The abundance of work is thin....

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Training....temps are practically thrown to the wolves and company employees aren't made aware of ruel changes since the last buy out of the Vineland NJ Facility

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More work more hours and a better relationship between the operations manager and other higher ups and the other employees they don't seem to care about us at all only they're pockets

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need more hours and or higher pay rate for what we do most of us are minimum wage but we where always like that. We used to have over time and work 5-7 days now we're barely even working especially 2nd shift and because of this people keep quitting

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not enough hours went from Allied Specialty Foods bought by advance pierre then Tyson things been going down hill ever since went from 4-500$ weekly pay checks to barely even 250 going deeper in debt because of this even my house is way behind on property taxes thanks to this # Vineland NJ plant
