You shouldn’t be allowed to curse out a coworker just because they are correcting you on how to do your job but it happens all the time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If we had better workers not lazy ones better pay I’m sure people wouldn’t mind coming to work but if your barely getting hours and your not getting paid much why bother
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leaders to me don’t really care about there employees like they say they do or else we wouldn’t be afraid to talk to them instead everyone just calls corporate anonymously so won’t nobody know so they won’t get in trouble or receive and retaliation even though Tyson is against it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m a FSQA we are demanded to these long tasks quick change over run here go there but the pay and headaches the name calling and lack of appreciation isn’t worth it that’s why I’m looking for something better and some where I at least feel like my service is being valued
