Have a really great team great supervisors really great lead that cares and takes care of the people on his line

The people the leads and supervisors brings a good and positive attitude to work that causes people to want to work. That i like don't care for the ones that have bad attitude and only out for their self and stuck up
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the supervisor. the pay can be better especially the pay for the ones that knows how to do every job in the plant maybe look at a performance bonus for the ones that knows more and does more for the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to recognize people's hard work and dedication, and be equal opportunity employer by letting the employees or helping the employees move up in the company. not going outside the company and hiring people that's never worked there and passing over the employees that's been there for years
