
My particular line needs to work better as a team. It has had the reputation since before I was assigned there of being worst line and supervisor does not take initiative to improve it
Knowing and understanding their lines instead of responding after something has happened. Also they are not very well informed about Tyson and I personally dislike when something is made up instead of finding information.
I like trying to take pride in what I do or perform. Tyson supplies most the chicken in our area. This also means my kids eat it therefore it should be best quality we can supply.
Answered yes to compensation but I am in between. Currently at 4 days a week is not enough to support family. Insurance premiums are decent but medical care has dropped for what is covered. Currently Tysons benifets and stock are very impersonal and not easily assessable.
More interaction and a feeling of some kind of like for the job. Some jobs are repetitive and boring but people should find something to make it better if they are willing to perform it daily. The supervisors and coworkers should take some kind of pride for what they represent.
