My paycheck. The easy flow at work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Three years and can’t complain not one bit. My team /Fleet 2300, payroll, O,S&D , safety , the guys in support, literally everyone I’ve been in contact with have been great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If I need a nap and can do it? It’s because dispatch doesn’t try to put you where your not over worked and it just works out nicely. Tyson has set a nice atmosphere at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I brag about Tyson so much. As a driver over the rd and long haul I can’t say enough about how great it is to be with such a good company. I call it the “ good ol boy “ attitude. Where you put in a decent days work in and when the time comes these folks will be there for ya every time.
