I use to love tysons. Now im currently seekin another job where im appreciated and have a FAIR chance for promotions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Show Appreciation. Learn how to talk to people. Better communication amongst managers, leads,and teamembers. Raises are definitely needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management should do more to let the people kno they're appreciated. Were over worked and under paid. And most of management. Front office included feel as if though they can talk to individuals in rude manors because of theyre positions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As a lead i try to stress the importance of communication amongst my self other leads and supervisors but ive found with in the department everyine is more focused on "Their area" instead of working as a unit and understanding that all areas can be effected for good or bad by just "their area"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a lead i am to come in early and leave later. But at the end of the week im made to come in late or leave early.so my hours arent fair Ive been dedicated to the job and have even applied for supervisor SEVERAL times and was told i wasnt as qualified as other canidates that i KNOW werent qualified
