Way cheaper insurance then my previous employment. Safety bonus is fair, also Tyson gives generous raises to its drivers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Tyson has afforded me the opportunity to support my family in a way I have never been able too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have had five dispatchers/managers in my eight years here at Tyson, they have all been great to work with.
