The best part is the high salary.
Treat management equally and fairly. When weekend work is required offer supervisors/mangers compensation - ensure all shifts are part of a rotation schedule so that ALL supervisors/managers are treated equally.
The SR management needs to work on their management techniques. Constantly telling supervisors that they don't care, are not improving, and should look for other employment are NOT effective or appropriate management tactics.
My peers and I work very well together, our direct supervisor is fair and helps us as needed, her supervisor needs to improve his interpersonal skills and work on fostering a more encouraging way of managing.
SR management chooses to belittle supervisors and consistently tell them how terrible they are at their jobs and should look for new employment instead of helping them improve and offering positive feedback in addition to constructive feedback.
