We attempt to hold ourselves and each other accountable for our performance and work for continuously improve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Family friendly org attempted to schedule off on weekends at least Sunday. This is a huge commitment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are too expensive and out of pocket at $10,000. Not sure if this is an industry standard but ouch!
