They don't communicate well. Also they don't function as a cohesive unit its every manager and department for themselves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We do more cosmetic repairs and never really fix any thing that is broken. We frequently have major mechanical problems and do not stock parts to repair machines. Also they hardly ever have equipment like rubber glives or silk gloves.
