Huge language barrier. Need to invest in free Spanish and Burmese and English language course.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and understanding that we are HUMAN. We are not machines. We can not do some things that they demand us to do by ourselves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough hours. Understaffed. Poor management. Need 40 + hours a week. Improvement in the management department will make people work for the company longer. No one wants to work for a boss who doesn't care about the employees well-being.
