I think I bring my own happiness to work the job isn't easy the job will make you unhappy so being tough and getting the job done like a boss is what makes me happy

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Priorities come first. I know what makes all the difference how the work hours will go from the most important job position which is the knife room. The employees need honest staff to give their best service for the company's benefit. Fixing all equipment to function properly so there is no struggle
