Drivers as a whole are unfriendly and you can’t give them anything advice without a tongue lashing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It could be higher for the Industry . Most companies are paying there drivers .70 cpm. But we always have food to haul
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The transportation side of the company is great but if there’s a problem at a plant or a warehouse company employee treat us as outside carriers (not good either) and security always treats us bad, and there’s nothing are managers or terminal managers can do about it.
