Lunch : ) The leader to whom I would report to took us out to lunch as an semi-informal "get to know you" off campus interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health care costs nation wide are out of control, Tyson offers competitive offerings, wish we had an opportunity to contribute more toward the flexible spending account that would help to fill the gap with the $10,000 out of pocket.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tyson foods has a very straight forward vision to be #1 in the industry. The culture is Faith Friendly with a large focus on TM safety, personal integrity, continuous improvement, commitment to training and focus on employee development to expanded roles. The in-house Chaplain has been a huge asset.
