focus on work and leave out all the drama

it was simple and easy and right to the point

for the most part the people I work with are good people
What makes you most happy at work?
nothing really I just come to work so I can do my job and pay my bills at the end of the week
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
management needs to be fair and straight across the board to everyone their is a lot of favoritism here in this plant they make up their own rules they do not go by policy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
well I am currently under management support I get paid less than new hires also I pay more for my insurance being under management support I have been here for 17 years and I barley bring home 400 weekly new hires make more than I do there is really no incentive to stay besides my stock and 401k
