Non-Latinos are treated very poorly.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I got paid to watch videos. Easy money.

What makes you most happy at work?

Very little, to be honest. But I need the income.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They do occasionally give us little treats as a way of saying "Thank you for enduring working here."

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognizing the diversity of the employees. Contrary to management's firm belief, not everyone is from a latin-american country and knows Spanish.
