What did you like most about the interview process?

The tour of the floor and how friendly the interviewer was.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Definitely the employees. Many of the partners always seek to meet all goals, although sometimes they seem impossible.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They must be more attentive to the real problems of production. They should not expect an employee to do the job, which would require two employees. And in the case that happens, that the employee does work that requires two employees, he must be paid twice his hourly pay...

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The perfect attendance should be one dollar for each hour of weekly work. If in a week you are not missing, you are paid a dollar for every hour. Example: 40 hours worked = $ 40.00 at the end of the week. 1 attendance point should be deleted, if the employee was not missing for a month.
