Its was work life balance but with the floating holiday issue. Now the only advantage is it is a remote job

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They have stopped caring about customers and their complaints. They rather us sit on meetings and make outbound calls than help the customers who are in front of us and need assistance.

Process for companies to be onboarded in procurement is lengthy and arduous. Needs significant streamlining which would necessitate a new database and cohesive internal efforts. Right now U.S. Bank has businesses fighting for control over their contracts - bank needs everyone to cooperate more.

There’s no opportunity to move around. They receive complaints about this and they do not make it a prio

US Bank has done little to help customers during COVID. I had to send a man to collections over $300.

Always waiting for the next time I will be told i did something wrong or be asked to explain myself. Managers don’t know how to speak to employees, need to learn to teach instead of speaking

If people would say good morning back to you it would make for a better day. Managers walk right by employees with out saying anything.

Value your Branch Managers and hold other business lines accountable for their own performance. BBO’s and Client Managers continue to lose loan balances for our bank. It is time to hold them accountable or sell the portfolio and business line to another company. They are lazy and entitled.

Middle management in all areas need to be revamped. Managers here are just not effective and they do very well when it comes to covering up their mistakes.
