What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership team is very dysfunctional right now in August 2019. They need to get their act together in order to retain qualified people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was offered a position at a specific rate of pay. None of my onboarding documents stated the pay rate. However, when I received my first paycheck, it was not the stated rate of pay. When I contacted the Human Resources, they said we're sorry, they made a mistake.
