What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate very effectively to all employees not just to leadership on what is going on.
Career staff are exceptionally, dedicated to the mission and work very hard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
treating the employees as not just underlings but coworkers
Communication; employee empowerment; training; leadership.
The leadership is micro managers and they are negative but they want you to have a team oriented mindset.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the TSP plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because my pay is not great But its decent.
Because of politician statements about quality of federal employees and attempts to take away benefits, feds are severely mistreated.
The agencies piles too much work on our daily schedule and I feel there is a consistent fight to get the performance appraisal and grade pay raises that we deserve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly skilled, does the best work with diminishing resources
we know each other and we get along well
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworker are a older generation of employees. They do not work well with millennials because we think different and challenge them in their jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication is very good so far.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more telecommute opportunities that are readily available for employee without having to inquiry for months. There always need to be more efficient processes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got hired that's what its all about.

When I obtain back wages for workers and see how deeply it affects their lives.
getting my job done without any drama
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be training for manager on how to lead people. Most of the managers in the positions because of their tenure.
