What do you like best about the leadership team?Lots of movement in the executive leadership team with many of them being engaged and interested in the people and the business.
What makes you most happy at work?To be able to work on super exciting projects that I chose to work on. At times, I could not be happier about the degree of authority I have over my work. At other times, projects are plainly delegated with a set path and outcome already pre-defined.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People tend to be joyful, excited about what they do and eager to share it with others.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most meetings come without an agenda. Invites pop up in your calendar randomly, without proper descriptions. People's responsibilities overlap. Sometimes someone works on things from your domain. Then it needs lots of communication loops to figure out what happened and how to go from there. Chaos.
