  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at UiPath?
    I think both new employees and the people who got us here have a role to play. Respect the culture, drive the culture, respect each other. Fix the entrance test for roles who really should not have to take it. I think this is a bit of a hangover for some roles.
