Customers notice salon behaiviors as catty. Im constantly convincing clients to stay. While stylist with poor attitudes continue to work with less skill , poor work wrhic and same pay as somone with a great attitude and work ethic.

Generally my coworkers are all working hard to be helpful and polite, but the reviews for the customer service at our store are abysmal. So there is some kind of disconnect.
Management isn't doing their job. They are putting everything on the bas and then taking all creditn
There needs to be some training done to the managers and maybey even a new one the people there do not know what they are doing and are only doing bare minimum
No one who works here knows the product- general manager constantly googles and reads the description off her phone to customers.
